What we collect, and why
When you fill in a form, we collect your first name, last name and email address, and your home address if you give it. We use your address only to find your public water network and send you its water-quality report. We use your name and email to send you that report, to tell you when presales open if you reserved a pitcher, and to send you one email a month with omomi news and what we learn about tap water.
Legal basis: your request (for the water report and the pitcher reservation) and our legitimate interest in keeping you informed (for the monthly email). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Who sees it, and for how long
We share your data only with the services that run omomi, and we never sell it:
- Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., USA) stores your name, email and address, and sends our emails.
- Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA) prepares your water report from your address.
- Mapbox (Mapbox Inc., USA) suggests addresses while you type yours.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts this website.
Some of these services process data in the United States. When they do, they’re bound by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 3 years after your last interaction with us.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing maxime@omomi.co. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
If you live in the US, you have the same rights: write to maxime@omomi.co.
